Return & exchange policy

Because all leashes and collars are handmade to order and consist of significant personalization in terms of size, color, upgrades, width, and material, we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges.

• A 10% fee will apply for fixing size and ONLY for "Mille", "Mille Small", "Eclair", "Eclair small" collars
• A 50% fee will apply for returning items ONLY "Eclair" and "Elair small"collars

Unfortunately, items made to order specifically for your dog cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Epoxy tags. 

Make sure that your dog don’t chew ammunition before the order. (We can fix small scratches on the surface - it’s a part of guarantee service). 

• Paracord laces 
• Biothane laces 
• Collars
• Leashes
